What we collect
When you send a quote request or contact message we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), business name, website address, the answers you choose in the website builder, and any inspiration image you upload. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to prepare your quote, reply to you, and carry out the work if you decide to go ahead. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Requests are visible to Noble Horizon Studio and to studio team members assigned to your project. Your details are stored with our hosting and database provider, and quote notifications are delivered through our email provider. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages while they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
Email us at noblehorizonstudio@gmail.com to see a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond as promptly as we can.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store your unfinished quote answers in your own browser so you don't lose them if you refresh the page; clearing your browser data removes them.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
