Terms of service

Last updated 2026. These terms cover website projects carried out by Noble Horizon Studio.

Quotes

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Every project gets a written quote prepared by hand after we read your request. Nothing is owed until you accept that quote in writing.

Payment

Projects begin once the deposit stated in your quote is paid, with the balance due before the site goes live. Ongoing services, such as hosting or maintenance, are billed separately as set out in your quote.

Revisions and scope

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, listed on the Services page. Additional rounds, extra pages, or new functionality are quoted before any further work starts, so there are no surprise charges.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the text, logos and images you send us. We can source stock photography for you when needed and will tell you if any licence cost applies.

Ownership

When your project is paid in full, the finished website design and content are yours. Third-party services, plugins and fonts remain under their own licences. We may show your site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

Timelines

We publish typical turnaround times and work hard to meet them. Timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback; delays on either side move the schedule.

If something goes wrong

Tell us. We will fix genuine faults in work we delivered at no charge. If a project is cancelled, you pay for the work completed up to that point and any deposit covering completed work is non-refundable. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
